The building is pretty and the rooms are a nice size and newly decorated. Rooms feature modern furniture and offer a view of the Eiffel Tower. - the location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, just 2 km from a wide tree-lined avenue....

the hotel was terrific, had excellent views and marvellous location so close to the louvre and garnier opera house, and shops, restaurants, metro and the eiffel tour. the people were really kind and nice, will...  

The hotel had a stunning location right next to Ecole Militaire. They gave me a clean room with heating as well as a coffee. - Everything was great; greatly enjoyed my stay there.

The rooms are clean and relaxing with heating, so that guests have essentials.

Buffet was adequate for a quick breakfast. Just continental but decent selection. Location was good. Good location near Eiffel Tower. Hotel was good for budget minded travelers. Room was small but clean....  

the hotel's location was marvelous and fantastic, close to everything. the lunch at Ministry of Spice right next to the property had every choice imaginable. 3. Had hot drinks in the lounge bar in the evening. The stay at Hotel Derby Eiffel was truly enjoyable. the location of the hotel is fantastic, making it convenient to reach various attractions. Moreover, dining at Ministry of Spice next door offered a wide array of choices for lunch. In the evening, enjoying hot drinks in the cozy lounge bar was a delightful experience.

Very well located in the centre of Paris and only a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. A small but very clean hotel with friendly staff.

Easy access by the metro, close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, nice cafes in the area.

Rooms are reasonably large and recently refurbished with heating. the location is marvelous and incredible, right next to main attractions and a metro station. - Easy check-in process and great service

Very good location - 5 min. by walk to Eiffel Tower, 2 min. to metro station. Quiet hotel.

In the bathroom was small mould in the corners of the bath

The room is styled in a modern and cozy way, with a view of the Eiffel Tower 🗼. It has heating and trendy furniture, making it a comfortable spot to relax.

Location was usual for our needs. Personnel very friendly and one of them even helping us on the street to getting a taxi.

The room was a little bit smaller we thought. Photos gives bigger impression about all spaces.

The hotel was an ideal location for myself and my boyfriend, and being walking distance from the Eiffel Tower was a big plus. The hotel was clean staff were friendly, the room was a bit small but i believe they all are in Paris but was ideal had a great trip.

Bed was uncomfy, didnt sleep the best but wasnt a huge problem.
